    Erica writes the SOP, vets and trains anyone who enters the building, inspects the property in person every month, and signs the photo-verified report. There is no account manager layer between you and the person responsible.

    The procedure is drawn from the walkthrough — your zones, your failure modes, your traffic. It exists on paper before the first mop touches the floor, and it changes when the building does.

  3. Photographic QA on every visit, every zone.

    The same zones, the same angles, the same crew, the same day they were cleaned. Property managers stop asking did anyone come? because the answer is sitting in their inbox.
